Frequently Asked Questions

What is the deadline to enter the School Fundraising competition to be eligable for the prizes offered by DeliverTheParty.com?

The Project Safe Graduation and Project Post Prom Contest End on Dec 1st. Sales of Pizza must end and all orders must be submitted via the ProjectSafeGraduation.com website on or before Dec 1st.

Schools are allowed to participate all the way up to deadline and sign up as late as during the month of November, although we encourage Schools to have registed by November 1st to allow ample time to participate in the fundraising activity to raise money for thier respected schools.

The Field Day Fundraiser ends February 15th, with sales of Pizza and all order forms due on or before February 15th via the FieldDayFundraiser.com website.

What if we already have equipment booked for the 2017 School event that we are fundraising for?

No problem, we understand that often times schools secure items well in advance to have the items of their choice at their respected school events. Thats why the fundraising efforts that are eligable for equipment prizes by DeliverTheParty.com can be redeemed for both 2017 or 2018 events. You can only redeem equipment prizes for a single event.

When we do collect money from the customer that we are selling Fundraising Pizza Cards to and when do we 'turn in' that money for the fundraiser?

We suggest that money for sales should be collected at the time of sale. Furthermore payment should be submitted for all sales at the time that all orders are submitted for fullfillment, either on or before December 1st for Post Prom and Post Graduation events or on or before February 15th for Field Day Fundraisers.

Do we submit all of the money collected to you?

No. All of the funds collected should be placed in your local organization account and then a single submission minus the fundraised amount will be submitted via the Project Post Prom electronic submission form avaiable to each participating school. Your group or organization will keep the fundraised amount of $6.00 per sale, and only submit the amount collected over that amount, per sale.

Who are checks made 'out to'?

Customer checks should be made out to your local fundraising organization. Your group or organization will keep the fundraised amount of $6.00 per sale, and only submit the amount collected over that amount, per sale. That amount should be paid in a single check via the Project Post Prom electronic submission form available to each participating school.

I am not in Illinois, Iowa or Missouri, can I signup my school to participate?

We look forward to helping all schools raise money for their school events and would encourage your school to sign up now for future fundraisers and equipment prize opportunties in your area. More states are scheduled to be added soon. Submit your school to be notified when schools in your state are elligable for prizes and can partipate. (insert link).

When do we give the customers the pizza cards?

Unlike many fundraising cards, you don’t have to go back a second time to deliver the product to the customer. You will have the Fundraising Cards when you sell them, to offer them directly to the customer immediately. There is still no upfront cost to the Fundraising Organization and all unsold cards can be returned.
